Bubbly, active sour dough starter to begin your sour dough journey. 

To keep your starter alive, simply “feed” it after each use. This is done by adding equal parts water and flour to your remaining starter and mixing well with fork. Then simply let it rise on the bench. If you’re making another loaf- it’s good to go. Otherwise, keep in fridge and feed every week. It’s a good idea to feed it before making a new loaf, so you get the best rise. 
scales are a must! Be sure your flour and water are exactly equal!
